The Argentine-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, bright red, oil marinade with crushed black pepper. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines herbs and spices often used in Argentina, such as black pepper, celery and paprika. The paprika gives the marinade a delicious spicy tang and the celery contributes towards a fresh aroma reminiscent of Argentina’s open grasslands – the Pampas. This Argentine-style marinade is one of the spiciest Epos oil marinades. Its deep red colour is perfect for giving beef steaks a typically-Argentinean red colour and taste and ensures all your steaks, including those in the counter display, look appetising.

Bistro Argentine-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as chicken rosettes, veal schnitzels, pork fillet medallions, pork schnitzels and minced meat roulades: marinate them in or with the Argentine oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). In a handy jerry can
The thick, viscous, Bistro Argentine-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can.
